In these classes, we approach the mermaid theme in a varied way, with a broad vision that naturally includes various techniques focused on undulation and a playful introduction to breath-holding.

Children’s Classes

This session offers a broad and varied approach developed by the Aquarelle troupe. It includes some swimming basics and ideas inspired by synchronized swimming, tested over 15 years of mermaid performances.

We cover various techniques such as safety position, different forms of undulation, breath-holding, breathing control, orientation, and underwater ease.

For safety reasons, we welcome children who are already very comfortable in and under water and who have basic swimming skills, from age 8. Exceptions may be discussed case by case.

Semester from August to December 2025:

8 dates from August 31 to December 14, approximately every other week, excluding school holidays.

Pools alternate: Grand-Vennes (adjustable-depth floor) and Bergières (fixed deep floor).

Time: 9:30 AM or 1:00 PM depending on the date
Duration: 55 minutes
Price for the semester: CHF 240.– with your own equipment (pool entry included)

Equipment: Monofin or full costume rental possible, for single sessions or the entire semester.
